Meridian — Interactive Architectural Experience
A real-time architectural walkthrough with finish options, lighting states and browser delivery for remote buyers.
Challenge
A development was being sold from floor plans and a handful of static renders. Remote buyers could not evaluate space, light or finish options, and every design revision invalidated the render set.
Objectives
- Let buyers explore units in real time from anywhere
- Show finish and layout options instantly
- Present the building convincingly at different times of day
- Keep the scene updatable as the design evolves
Technical Approach
BIM data was cleaned and brought in through Datasmith, then re-lit with Lumen for interior and exterior states. Finish packages and layout variants were built as switchable sets. The same master scene produces the interactive build, the streamed browser version, marketing stills and a flythrough film.
